Then Movement Coaching is a perfect way to overcome your fears! Each session is a personalized “one-on-one” approach learning how to move and dance. You will learn the 52 moves of Nia, how to hear and dance to the beat and rhythm of the music, while becoming comfortable and coordinated in your body. Learn to heal your inner-self, free your spirit, move your body with passion and ease and connect to your thoughts and emotions!
