To help ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone gets the most out of their time here, I’ve compiled some general information tips for your convenience. Please take a moment to look them over.
Please arrive early. The studio doors open at 8:45am (15 minutes before class begins) and close at 9:00am. Thank you!
Thank you for arriving several minutes before class is scheduled to begin. This gives you plenty of time (if needed) to utilize the changing room, restroom, take care of your personal belongings, greet your Nia friends and to sign-in. Then we can all begin on time by directing our energy as a group toward the focus and intent of our class.
What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothing that you can freely dance and move around in. Yoga or exercise clothing is a good choice. No shoes necessary. Nia is a barefooted program.
What to bring with you:
Please be sure to bring bottled water! You will get thirsty. You may also want to bring a small hand towel to wipe your brow. Nia is a cardiovascular class and you will perspire!
